Hi Everyone!! Just thought I would check to see how you are all doing on your Christmas project. We have 53 participants and I am just thrilled!! I have received the first picture of a finished project and I can't wait to get all the others. I know you will enjoy looking to see what everyone has done with their blocks.
Check in and let everyone know how you are all doing.
Quilty hugs, Gail | |

I have two more rows to put together and I will have the top together. Then I will need to quilt it. Gail, I want to thank you again for doing this. It was such an inspiration for me. I worked on that thing like I had nothing else to do! LOL I cut well over 600 2-1/2" squares for sashing and I didn't get to do the strip method because it was all from scraps! I had to cut and sew each one individually. I had to lay the whole thing out to make sure I had the colors properly distributed. How are you coming with yours?

Gail, unfortunately I have not been able to start on my blocks, which really sucks. I didn't think Jerry was going to be in the hospital this long. I am sure I will get it done probably the end of this year or the beginning of next, but when I do I will send a picture anyway. I feel so bad after all the work you did to get me the patterns, but we had no control over this.
